Nobody here has a warehouse to empty. We are independent brokers, so you are not getting the one panel, one inverter, and one lender that somebody's employer wanted to stock and sell this quarter. We compare equipment across manufacturers, run your project through every financing path we have, and stack every credit, rebate and incentive your state, county, and utility actually allow.
Most of our team works remotely, which means there is no showroom and no walk-in traffic to fall back on. Our reputation is the entire business. We have given up part of our own commission more than once to make a project right, and we would do it again, because a client who feels taken care of sends us three more and a homeowner who feels squeezed sends us none.

Those nine are Delaware's municipal electric utilities, all members of DEMEC. We install in all of them. The honest caveat is that the incentives are not the same everywhere: the state Green Energy Program grant runs through Delmarva Power only, and the co-op and the municipals each run their own separate programs. The math does not always land as hard. Delmarva and DEC are where it usually works best, and we will tell you which side of that line your address falls on before you spend an hour on it.

We install in the whole state. The same pattern holds here: the bigger the utility, the higher the rate you are replacing, so the numbers usually work best on PEPCO, BGE, SMECO and Delmarva. Smaller co-ops and municipal providers are often cheaper to begin with, which makes them harder to beat. Still worth running, just worth running honestly.

The cheap equipment is finite
Equipment that was safe-harbored under the old credit rules is a fixed pool, and there is a hard federal cutoff at the end of 2027. When that pool is gone, it is gone. Nobody restocks it.
And the honest other side
If your roof is near end of life, if you are moving in under two years, or if your usage is genuinely low, waiting may be the right call. We will tell you that on the first call rather than the fourth.

Your roof can host AI compute.
Powur can now install a GPU appliance in the home alongside a new solar system. It pays a guaranteed fixed monthly base per enrolled node, even at zero utilization. Paid regardless of demand, pricing or collections, because the vendor carries the risk if compute receipts fall short.
You can direct part or all of it toward electricity, internet, solar, equipment financing or battery bills. It is dollar for dollar toward the same total, not on top of it. Their own example: on the $200 base, direct $100 at a bill and they pay that $100 and send you the other $100. The total is $200, not $300.
Three things to understand before you like the idea. The node is a real cost line in the system and is financed with it, not a free add-on, and ending hosting would not end that financing. It is a 30 year term with no cancel for convenience, although it can transfer to a buyer who consents if you sell. And it needs 1 Gbps symmetric internet, which in practice means fiber, paid by you out of the base if your address needs an upgrade. We check the address first, because that is the most common reason a home does not qualify.

Every photo on this site is a system we put on a real house. No stock imagery, no architectural renderings of houses that do not exist. Different states, different utilities, different roofs, because no two of these were the same job.
We are building one case study per state we work in: the house, the utility, the system, and what actually changed. Names and numbers go up only once the homeowner has given us written permission.

A third party warranty carried by an A.M. Best A+ rated insurer, not a promise from whoever installed your roof, so it survives that company closing. Solar Insure sells it only through Certified Providers, and Zenergy is one. Batteries sit under a separate Solar Insure plan.

FAQs
Can I still get the 30% federal tax credit?
Not as a cash or loan buyer. The residential credit ended for expenditures after December 31, 2025.
It can still reach you through a lease, a prepaid lease or a power purchase agreement. In those, the company that owns the system claims the business credit under section 48E and it shows up in how your agreement is priced. Ask us and we will show you which options apply to your situation and which do not.
What does a system cost?
It depends on your usage, your roof and which ownership option you pick, and we will not throw a number at you before looking at your bill. There are structures that start at nothing down.
I have heard solar does not actually save that much.
Sometimes that is true, and it is worth knowing why. Almost every horror story is a double bill, where someone ends up paying a solar company and the utility at the same time.
That happens for one of two reasons. Either the system was undersized because nobody did the homework, or the household's usage changed a lot after install. Both are preventable by reading twelve months of real usage first, which is why we ask for your bill before we ask for anything else.
What if my credit is not great?
There are multiple ways to pay for solar, and we offer them all: cash, loan, lease, pre-paid lease, power purchase agreement, and PACE financing. We can also help with HELOCs. If a loan will not pass, a lease or a PPA often will.
PACE is the backup, assessed through your property taxes, and it has real tradeoffs worth saying out loud. It raises the tax bill, and it can complicate a refinance or a sale. Right for some households, wrong for others. We will tell you which one you are.
Does solar add value to my home?
Research from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory puts the uplift at roughly $15,000 on average, and that applies to systems the homeowner owns. A leased system or a PPA does not carry the same effect, because you do not own the asset. Ask how pre-paid leases are different.
What if I sell the house?
Picture two identical trucks on the same street. One is $30,000. The other is $33,000 and comes with free fuel for life. Which one moves first?
The workmanship coverage transfers once to the next owner, and the Berkeley Lab premium applies to owned systems only. A lease or a PPA transfers too, with the address, and it is a different conversation with a buyer. We will walk you through that one transparently if it is the route you pick.
My roof is old. Does that disqualify me?
It usually means the roof goes first. Putting a 30 year system on a 5 year roof creates an expensive problem later. After the site survey we can tell whether you need a full roof or just sections replaced. We can handle the roof at the same time as the solar, so you can bundle them into the same financing and get the benefit of both at once.
I rent, or my roof is shaded. Anything for me?
Community solar. You subscribe to a share of a local solar farm and the credits appear on the utility bill you already get. Nothing is installed at your home and you can be a renter.
Should I wait for better technology or lower prices?
Panels installed twenty years ago are still producing. The technology is not the thing that decides your math.
The rate you are replacing is, and that has been moving one direction. So the real question is not whether a better panel is coming. It is what you hand the utility between now and the day it arrives.
How long does the whole thing take?
Permitting and utility interconnection drive the timeline, not the install itself, which is usually a day or two on the roof. Plan on a few months from signature to switch on, and we will give you the real dates for your jurisdiction rather than a best case.
